What’s Your Name Fitness Activity Wall

The Medicine Hat Family Leisure Centre has come up with a fun and interactive way to get people moving. Visitors perform the activity listed for each letter of their name.

A Jump up and down 10 times
C Hop on one foot 5 times
T Jog in place for a count of 20
I Balance on your left foot for a count of 10
V Flap your arms like a bird 25 times
E Walk like a bear for a count of 5

F Do 3 cartwheels
U Do 5 karate kicks for each leg
N Pretend to dribble a ball 10 times

Switch it up for fun and spell out a favourite character’s name.
