How Levi’s Stadium Grows the Game

Santa Clara, Calif.-based Levi’s Stadium is the site of the very first rooftop farm on a professional sports arena. The 27,000 sq.-ft. Faithful Farm herb and vegetable garden, features nearly 40 rotational crops including herbs, peppers, eggplants and tomatoes. The organic farm is expected to produce about 7,500 pounds of produce per year, which will be used in dishes served in the stadium.
