The Curling Group will launch Rock League, the first global professional curling league, in April 2026. Featuring mixed-gender franchises from Canada, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the US, the six-week season will follow the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympic Games and the 2026 World Curling Championships.
Matches will rotate across host cities in Canada, the US and Europe. Rock League, which acquired The Grand Slam of Curling event series in 2024, aims to deliver world-class competition, expand curling’s global reach and capitalize on rising interest in niche sports.
