Hello Destroyer

Hello Destroyer—a gritty new film by Canadian director Kevan Funk, which premiered at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival—raises troubling questions about violence in sports. A new recruit for a minor league team, Tyson Burr (played by Jared Abrahamson) is a painfully shy grinder whose world falls apart after an in-game act of violence.
