June 18, 2024 – The all-star line-up of speakers for the upcoming Spo Ho Xperience™ presented by City of Charlottetown and Meetings & Conventions PEI promises to continue the tradition of provocative and disruptive presentations and consultations within the sport hosting industry.
Headlining the first day of the event, which runs October 28-29, 2024, in Charlottetown, P.E.I., is Normand Hector (aka Normani). This native New Brunswicker is a game changer in the field of DEIB – Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging and a certified crucial conversation specialist, who is also known also for his ground-breaking queer black drag performances. As a keynote, he delivers a fearless and unforgettable message, to change mindsets and attitudes when it comes to acceptance.
Wrapping up the two-day think tank is Sarah McVanel who will deliver the final keynotepresentation presented by Visit Mississaugathat isdesigned to leave attendees inspired and motivated to do their own part to change the sport hosting game in Canada. The Chief Recognition Officer at Greatness Magnified, Sarah specializes in harnessing the power that comes from failure and recognizing greatness in a whole new light.
